10 Days Weight loss Challenge!!!

It has been quite some time since I have been wanted to post this. Whenever I plan to go on a vacation, I do this 10 days challenge since it is impossible to workout or maintain my regular diet when I am at my native place.

There is a celebration at my native place next week so as usual i have started this challenge but this time i wanted to share this with all of you. It is not a crash diet or a detox diet but just a simple change in our regular diet plan along with 2 HIIT workouts.

I am going to give two meal plans and two workout plans. You can alternate between the meal plans as well as the workouts or just follow any one meal plan and any one workout.

Here are the videos of the workouts and meal plans. All you have to do is Weight yourself before and after the challenge and also click a pic before and after. It would be great if you can tag me if you posted those pics anywhere online.
